TERMS OF SERVICE

Must read before officially commissioning me.

a.)By commissioning me, you agree to have read and agree with my Terms and Conditions.
b.) The product is digital, it is not a printed material. Transactions will be via email or through my socials.I ,the artist of the piece, have the full rights unless stated. I am allowed to use it for: a.) portfolios b.)commercial use HOWEVER, I am not allowed to: a.) send it to another client/person b.)claim the character(s) used in the work to be mine.If you commissioned an artwork that contains canon characters in a game, movie, or any shows,you have the full responsibility for the copyright issue.Do's: Original characters , fanart(ships or canon), anime, chibi, semi-realism, YCH, (slight) nsfw/gore.
Don'ts: Mecha, heavy metal textures, furry.Send me an email through [email protected] or through my facebook, instagram, twitter accounts. We can further continue the discussion and the amount of details you want in the artwork.Process Updates:
I will update you every chance I get or break hours or how often you'd like to get the progress shots. Tell me in advance what you need to change before the final sketch.PAYMENT & REFUND
:1. Payment is made partially after each process of the work. Full payment is also acceptable but it won't be necessary.
2. No refund will be given in each payment of each progress stages, even after cancellation of order.
3. Refund will be given when I am unable to finish your ordered commission.Delivery:
The time amount taken on the work will be up to 1-4 days/weeks/months depending on its style, complexity, details, and unpredictible real life schedules.You will recieve the full resolution PNG file with no watermark.
Half-resolution PNG file w/ watermark.Final result will be sent through email or through my other socials.
